RATES & PLACEMENTS
We offer three strategically positioned advertising banner locations on the Index page at ArtLondon.Com, top, right-hand and bottom of page. This page includes such categories as artists, galleries, news, links, and art auction, publications and much more. The placements are sold in units of 10,000 impressions and may be set up in a rotating fashion incorporating keywords. A minimum of 20,000 impressions per banner placement is required. Advertisers may reserve up to 1,000,000 impressions at a time and those whom reserve the largest number of impressions will receive the first choice spot.
Our advertisers can choose effective banner positions on the Links and Run of Site placement, which target specific interests of readers. The costing is effective for the highly trafficked Links page and Run of Site. A minimum placement is 30,000 impressions for either of the options.
The highly successful arts news letter, published once a month (last Thursday of each month), reaches a self-subscribed readership of over 25,000 arts collectors, dealers, art buyers, enthusiasts, students and art lovers via email. The sponsorship paragraph is placed within forthcoming exhibitions and events section of the issue. The banner 468 x 60 pixels advertisement is placed above any news articles, directly below the header. The smaller banner, 234 x 60 pixels will be placed in the middle of the newsletter above the news buttons. These rates are based on copy ready images and banners provided by the advertiser. Design of an image or banner can be undertaken and a quote may be given, upon enquiry, according to your particular requirements.
The Events Diary gives a month-by-month account of forthcoming International arts and cultural events, targeted specifically for exhibitions, art fairs and festivals. This section is ideal for private galleries and events organisers to target the International market, UK based and international visitors of forthcoming events by choosing a campaign option from one month to three months.

Advertising Banner Sizes
The Advertiser and its authorised advertising agent will be jointly liable for any and all amounts owed to ArtLondon.Com. Should payments not be made in a timely manner, ArtLondon.Com, may choose to terminate this Agreement immediately.
COMMITMENT of FULFILLING AGREEMENT
All discounts given will be based on the Advertisers commitment to fulfilling the Agreement. Should, for any reason, this not be met in the time of expiration or cancellation of the Contract, the Advertiser will agree to pay the rate of charge on all advertisements run, based on the applicable rate card, for the duration of the advertisement completed.
REFUSAL OF UNACCEPTABLE ADVERTISING
ArtLondon.Com maintains the right to refuse any advertisement that does not arrive within two (2) clear working days before the date of placement.
Should ArtLondon.Com decide that the text or image is not acceptable in any respect, upon notifying the advertiser, ArtLondon.Com will receive an alternative copy as soon as possible. At the discretion of ArtLondon.Com, the advertiser may be subject to a surcharge should the alternative copy not be supplied or accepted.
ArtLondon.Com will not accept advertising from companies that produce tobacco, or pornographic products or services neither their subsidiaries, nor foundations funded by companies whose purpose is to promote acceptance of these products by consumers. This Agreement will be made void should the Advertiser fail to disclose any involvement with the fore mentioned products and services.
DEFERRAL AND CANCELLATION
Deferrals will be confirmed in writing and must be rescheduled at the time of this request in no more than three calendar months, after the original agreed date of placement. Recommitment outside this time frame may, at the discretion of ArtLondon.Com, incur further charges.
ArtLondon.Com cannot guarantee the previous terms, conditions and rates contracted, nor should the advertiser expect these to be carried over in the event of a deferral.
Cancellation of bookings made in less than five (5) days from the date of placement will be eligible to pay up to 100% of the total value, at the discretion of ArtLondon.Com. Cancellations are to be confirmed by the advertiser in writing.
ACCESS TO STATISTICAL DATA
Each advertiser will gain access to individual passwords enabling them to keep track of the number of exposures, click thru's and average total number of exposures per day per banner advertisement, without viewing anyone else's.
ArtLondon.Com can make no guarantee that the statistics used will be equal to any published numbers at any given time.
LIABILITY FOR TRUTH IN ADVERTISING / INDEMNICATION
The Advertiser accepts sole responsibility for any legal action arising from or relating to the Advertisement, and/or any materials users can link to through the Advertisement.
ArtLondon.Com, will not, in any event, be held liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
This Agreement will be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
CHANGE OF RATES AND CONDITIONS
As much notice as possible will be given of all changes, ArtLondon.Com reserves the right to change the advertisement rates and terms at three weeks notice to agreed and deferred advertisers. In the event of any changes, the rates payable and the terms and conditions will be in force at the time of placement. ArtLondon.Com may change this agreement at any time without notice.
